This 21 year-old gentleman approached Dr. Liebertz about his inability to breathe from the left side of his nose as well as the excess dorsal hump. He was found to have a deviated septum, and underwent an external septorhinoplasty. Postoperatively he is breathing much better, and loves the look of his new profile. Photos are taken 5 months after surgery
