This wonderful 58-year-old woman approached Dr. Liebertz looking for subtle refinement of her nasal tip. She liked the overall contour and shape of her nose, however felt the tip was boxy and bulbous. A delicate nasal tip rhinoplasty was performed that included finesse sculpting of the lower lateral cartilages. Photos are taken six months post-operatively, and she is extremely happy with her results.
